What the work includes

A broad examination with a practical working plan.

Every business is different. The engagement follows one dependable structure while the exact correction work is agreed with the owner.

01

Baseline Trust Check

We examine visible reviews, profiles, website facts, discovery signals, and important customer actions.

02

Owner decision sheet

We isolate the facts and choices only the owner can approve so the project does not become another full-time job.

03

Priority corrections

We complete agreed work in our lane and create clean handoffs when a specialist should be involved.

04

Before-and-after record

We document what changed, what remains, how much effort it took, and what should be maintained.

The business provides

Truth, access, and candid feedback.

  • Accurate answers about services, policies, locations, and customer experience
  • One accountable owner or manager
  • Timely approval of public-facing changes
  • Honest feedback about what was valuable, confusing, or burdensome

Local Trust Works provides

Focused attention and managed follow-through.

  • A cross-channel Public Trust Check
  • A short, prioritized working plan
  • Hands-on corrections within the agreed scope
  • Coordination notes for existing or referred specialists
  • A factual record of the improvement

Founding terms

Simple, explicit, and learned one engagement at a time.

Selected early engagements may be complimentary, reduced-fee, or paid depending on the business and scope. The terms are written down before work begins; there is no surprise bill and no requirement to provide a favorable review or testimonial.

If a business chooses to share its experience, the words remain its own. Any free service, family relationship, or other material connection is disclosed where it could affect credibility.

Future packages and prices will be based on measured delivery effort and customer value rather than guesses made before the pilots.

A good founding partner

You run a real local business and want to know what the public sees.

You do not need to understand AI, SEO, structured data, or review systems. You only need to care that customers receive a clear and trustworthy picture.
